For many patients, repeat lows matter just as much as repeat highs because they can signal overtreatment, missed meals, activity-related changes, or a mismatch between insulin or medication timing and the daily routine.

Why Repeat Lows Matter
One low can happen for many reasons. A pattern of lows suggests the current plan may need review. CGM and consistent logging are especially useful because they show whether lows are happening overnight, after exercise, or at certain times of day.
